House Rules:
•⁠ ⁠No Loud Noise parties allowed, music you wish to play keep it within 10-20 watts.
(Quiet Hours is from 9 pm to 6 am)
•⁠ ⁠Liquor consumed can be self bought with Bill from outside

•⁠ ⁠No Pets are allowed in the swimming pool.

•⁠ ⁠No Substance or Hukkka allowed in the property.

•⁠ ⁠Please dont venture in to neibouring properties and fields

•⁠ ⁠Please dont pluck fruits in the farm, please feel free to contact caretaker you want to tour and consume any.

•⁠ ⁠Home food (Meals ) – takes 2 Hrs prep time
Home food (Snacks) – takes 30 min prep time
External Restaurant Order – 1 hr
(last order of the day for resto is 7 pm)

•⁠ ⁠No ola/uber availiable as it is remote place, please contact host for cab requirements prior.

•⁠ ⁠Guest Kitchen is equipped with basic Utensils, Stove, Oven and Fridge for reheating purpose only.

•⁠ ⁠Any breakages in the property by guests, will be charged with cost of replacement and penalty.

•⁠ ⁠Swimming Pool is maintained Naturally, no chemicals and bleaching agents used. Fresh Water is filled every week, dont carry food and drinks to pool.

•⁠ ⁠Please note the checkin and checkout timings, we cannot be flexible as full property if given to one party at a time.
•⁠ ⁠Check-in: 1 PM onwards
•⁠ ⁠Checkout : Before 11 AM.
