House Rules:
•⁠ ⁠No Loud Music: Loud music and external speakers are not allowed. The provided Bluetooth speakers are adequate for a peaceful experience.
•⁠ ⁠Noise Control: No howling, shouting, whistling, or screaming is allowed.
•⁠ ⁠Behaviour: Any unruly behaviour will result in law enforcement involvement.
•⁠ ⁠Alcohol: Subject to limited restrictions, consumed can be self bought with Bill from outside
•⁠ ⁠Pets: Pets are not permitted inside the pool. Kindly ensure that they do not accidentally jump into the water.
•⁠ ⁠Substance: No Substance or Hukkka allowed in the property, if found violating will be reported to authorities.
•⁠ ⁠Camping If you like to camp in our tents, we can offer tents with campfire.
•⁠ ⁠No Fireworks/Confetti: Strictly prohibited.
•⁠ ⁠Location: Nestled on an organic farm, adjacent to hills, lake, and boulders, offering a serene natural environment. While guests are encouraged to enjoy the surroundings, but dont venture in to neibouring properties and fields
•⁠ ⁠Live Farm: As it is live farm, please dont pluck fruits in the farm, please feel free to contact caretaker you want to tour and consume any.
•⁠ ⁠Food:
Home food (Meals ) – takes 2 Hrs prep time
Home food (Snacks) – takes 30 min prep time
External Restaurant Order – 1 hr (last order of the day for resto is 7 pm)

•⁠ Cabs/Transport: ⁠It is remote place, ola/uber cab services takes time to arrive, need to request 2 hrs prior at-least.
•⁠ Kitchen: Guest Kitchen is equipped with basic Utensils, Stove, Oven and Fridge for reheating purpose only.
•⁠ Breakages: Any breakages in the property by guests, will be charged with cost of replacement and penalty.
•⁠ Pool: Above ground Swimming Pool is maintained Naturally, no chemicals and bleaching agents used. Fresh
Water is filled every week, dont carry food and drinks to pool.

•⁠ ⁠Checkin/Checkout: Please note the checkin and checkout timings, we cannot be flexible as full property if given to one party at a time.
Check-in: 1 PM onwards
Checkout : Before 11 AM.
